The Cross Country Running Season Started the week of August 23rd and ended on October 19th.  Both teams did very well with many runners medaling.  Jun Kagaya set a new course record on his way to becoming the SISAC Boys Champion. 
 
Middle School Cross Country Running
The middle school cross country running season started in early October and went until November 23.  The team was able to compete in a few races throughout the year.  The distances are a bit shorter than with the high school, so this gives our runners a great chance to build up their stamina and speed to prepare for the longer high school races.
