Humanities (10)

Grade 10 units of study centre on the common theme of Global Harmony to enable students to strengthen their conceptual understanding of the relationships between peoples and their natural environments. In semester 1, students study the role of the United Nations, the management of energy resources, and the impact urbanization has on societies. In semester 2, students study the Cold War, Arab-Israeli conflict and the Geography of Disease. Students analyze the reasons behind these issues and the various responses that have affected the balance of global harmony.
