David Rynne - Learning Technology Teacher (LTT)

I graduated from the University of Southern Queensland in 1983 and began my teaching career in small country towns as a primary school teacher. Eventually, I was drawn into international education and have been fortunate to have had many exciting and unforgettable experiences over the past years. Prior to coming to SSIS I had taught in international schools in Malaysia and Saudi Arabia. 
My formal qualifications include a Diploma of Teaching (Primary), Graduate Diploma in Education (Exceptional Children), Master of Education (Special Education) and Master of Education (Curriculum and Pedagogy), but my real passion is the effective integration of ICT (technology) into the teaching and learning environment.
I am a proud husband and father and am joined at SSIS by my wife, Ren (who teaches Kindergarten) and my twin daughters. My eldest daughter is at university in Australia.
I am very excited to be joining the SSIS community.
